How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available for delivery within 1-2 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options including Klarna and Clearpay.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and a unique tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress.
