Returns & Exchanges

At EGO, we want you to be obsessed with your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Please ensure all products are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid return shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
